Dick brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate brokerage and development experience to Coldwell Banker Commercial. After graduating from Harvard College, Dick began his career as a commercial broker in the Seattle market, specializing in multifamily projects. He subsequently served as Vice President of commercial real estate finance and multifamily property syndication for a large Midwestern development company and later as the west coast deal guy (Vice President) for the National Retail Build to Suit Group of the Trammell Crow Company. On behalf of, or together with, his clients, he has been the driving force behind the construction and leasing of multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and subdivision projects in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, and Missouri. These include mixed-use multifamily midrise structures, garden apartment projects, industrial construction, rehab, and tenant improvements, construction of retail stores in strip centers and on regional mall pad sites, ground-up subdivision development, and high-rise office structures. Dick also has wide-ranging experience working with public and nonprofit entities to acquire lands for conservation and recreational purposes. Dick has an extensive background in real estate finance, together with his many years of experience as a broker, gives him the ability to recognize opportunities for his clients, get the job done, and will make him an invaluable partner in all of your Investment real estate transactions.
